**About the Role**:
Due to business growth we are looking for a number of experienced Warehouse Team Leaders to join our Direct to Consumer (D2C) team based in Pemulwuy. You will be required to effectively manage D2C activities and ensure that TCC consistently applies the correct management procedures/ processes to deliver the highest quality order outcomes for our clients. Responsible for all accountable client's goods being replenished, picked and packed in perfect condition to be handed over to transport.

You will be required to have a flexible approach, to be proactive and have the ability to think on your feet. Accuracy will be of highest priority to you with a proven track record of successful achievements of KPI's and the guidance and leadership of a team to also achieve key targets. Working with high value stock you will also have experience leading a team that is focused on delighting the end consumer and meeting client agreed SLA's.

**The Hours of Work**:
Monday - Friday - Morning AM (early start). Overall Business Hours operate between 6am and 6pm.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Lead Warehouse staff by setting task performance standards focused on the goods outward process.
- Ensure that all inbound and outbound orders are picked and put away accurately, safely and in a timely manner.
- Supervise team to achieve KPI’s as determined by management.
- Liaise with stakeholders (Client Service, IT, Contact Centre, Transport) to delight consumers.
- Identify and implement ways to improve the efficiency.
- Oversee Order Processing daily.
- General Administration tasks or projects as required.

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Minimum 2-3 Years Experience as a Warehouse Team Leader
- Track record in results driven 3PL team leadership
- High level of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to deliver results in an agile, high-pressure environment
- Ability to multi-task and manage live conflicting priorities
- High level of communication skill
- Identify and implement throughput plans by Client - Resources & Processes
- Proven track record of delivering profitability and productivity
- Proven track record of driving Continuous Improvement
- Good computer skills - Advanced WMS and MS Office skills
- OH&S knowledge and experience
- LO/LF forklift license required
