An exciting opportunity exists for 2 talented individuals to join the Strategy and Performance branch (SPB) as an ICT Sourcing / Contracts Officer at the Department of Premier and Cabinet.

The SPB is responsible for making sure we have a well-planned, coordinated and timely approach to how Digital Victoria operates.

These roles are geared to someone that has relevant technical experience, but that also has a driven, professional growth mindset and a can-do attitude.

They will work on a range of exciting projects and jobs, in a supportive environment that actively encourages diversity and dynamism of thought. They will also:

- coordinate and implement sourcing activities for whole of government ICT solutions
- work with the eServices Register and State Purchase Contract as well as with government and external stakeholders and suppliers
- support continuous improvement and work on projects such as policy and service delivery uplift and categories refresh
- be an integral component in engagement activities across the governmental ICT industry.

**About You**
- sourcing experience in a complex digital and/or IT programs environment
- experience leading and managing sourcing activities to ensure successful project delivery
- excellent relationship building and negotiation skills, focused on achieving collaborative outcomes
- sound analytical, research and decision-making skills
- proven success in outcome focused, client / customer service delivery.
