As the **Sourcing Officer**you’ll make an impact by:

- Managing end-to-end sourcing events for low-risk engagements across a variety of categories.
- Providing contract record management including reviewing contract terms in line with delivery of goods/services.
- Engaging with and proactively managing stakeholders across the organisation to understand business imperatives and support these with the appropriate Procurement strategy.
- Contributing to the delivery of a best practice Procurement function by continuously improving category knowledge and providing insights for supplier consolidation and savings.

This is a permanent full-time position that can be based out of Melbourne or Bendigo. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model of minimum two days per week in the office, increasing to 60% in July 2025.

**What you’ll bring to the role**:
To succeed in this role, we’d love you to have:

- Tactical sourcing experience including procurement process and end to end Source to Pay systems experience
- Experience in contract documentation review and management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation and a diverse stakeholder group
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in business analytics and reporting advantageous
