**Architectural Revit Technician - Permanent Role**

This is a successful, award winning architectural and technical consultancy firm, who work within a diverse range of sectors. They have had much success in the WA market, leading them to broaden their reach, forming an office in Sydney. This allows them to have a greater range and diverse portfolio, allowing employees to experience working in multiple markets. The types of project sectors include Health, Education, Multi-res, Justice, Recreation, Industrial, Commercial & Aged-care.

**About the Role**
An architectural technician is someone who can interpret architects’ concepts by preparing drawings and plans. They will use the architects’ sketches and designs to draft complete drawings into final working plans and computerized 3D models. General duties include:

- Design development, building design, documentation, and detailing computer drawings on a wide range of projects.
- Carries out processes to ensure the compliance of project standards.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proficiency in Revit is required.
- Experience within a range of sectors is highly preferred.
- 6 + years of experience within the Australian architectural industry is highly preferred.
- Passion for creating creative designs, while having a good eye for detailing is highly looked upon.
