**Experienced Revit Draftsperson Position - SPAX Architecture**

SPAX Architecture is a boutique design firm specialising in single residential, small to medium-sized developments, and retail fit-out projects. We are currently seeking an Experienced Revit Draftsperson to join our collaborative team. This role focuses on producing council approval drawings and documentation with a solid understanding of construction requirements.

**Key Skills and Attributes**:

- Approximately 5+ years of local drafting experience, particularly with residential and retail fit-outs
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (essential)
- Strong understanding of the NCC, R-Codes, and relevant Australian Standards
- Familiarity with council submission requirements and construction documentation
- Degree or diploma in drafting or a related field from a recognised Australian institution
- Solid construction knowledge for thorough and accurate documentation
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to work
- Effective time management, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Must be an Australian resident or hold a valid Australian work permit
