Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architectural Designer - Foodservice and Hospitality located in Applecross, Perth, WA. The Senior Architectural Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, creating detailed drawings, overseeing project timelines, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role also includes collaborating with clients, coordinating with other professionals, and providing innovative design solutions to meet clients' needs in the foodservice and hospitality sectors.

Qualifications

  • Design and drawing skills, including high proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Experience in project management and coordination
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  • Strong communication and client interaction skills
  • Problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
  • Relevant educational background in Architecture or related field
  • Experience in the foodservice and hospitality industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site and travel for site visits as needed
