ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX: CPV) is a leading clean-tech company based in Perth, pioneering advanced Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV). Our innovative solar glass solutions are redefining how buildings generate and use energy, supporting the global transition towards sustainable and net-zero developments.

We are seeking a full-time Architectural Draftsperson to join our growing team in West Perth. This role will play a key part in supporting the design and documentation of projects integrating ClearVue's solar glass technology into commercial and residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support design development and contribute to project planning.
  • Prepare accurate architectural drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation in alignment with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure the design intent is accurately represented.
  • Apply building codes, the NCC, and Australian Standards to ensure all designs and documentation are compliant.
  • Revising designs and plans based on client feedback or project changes.
  • Conduct site visits to gather accurate measurements and assess conditions for design recommendations.
  • Ensure all designs align with the client's set budget while maintaining company standards.
  • Maintain accurate project records and ensure the timely delivery of drafting work.

Qualifications & Skills Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Building Design, or Drafting.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential; experience with SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven work experience as an architectural draftsperson in Australia.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret architectural/engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of Australian building codes and standards is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly when liaising with consultants and authorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and also independently.
