**Project Officer (6 Month Temporary Opportunity)**:

**In this role, you'll**:

- Provide technical oversight, design reviews, and contractor management, ensuring successful Site Acceptance Testing and System Integration Testing.
- Monitor and report on project plans, documentation, and progress, ensuring alignment with project milestones and objectives.
- Contribute to project schedules and activities across the full project lifecycle, including concept design, planning, tender, construction, and handover.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring mínimal disruption to project timelines and quality standards.
- Develop project scopes, manage contractors, and ensure efficient project execution.
- Communicate project status updates and address implementation issues with relevant stakeholders.
- Foster a continuous improvement mindset, collaborating with internal and external teams to enhance work practices and project outcomes.

**About you**
- Previous experience as a technician or Project Support Officer in managing ITS and/or operational support projects.
- Technical expertise in Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), Operational Technology (OT), CCTV, and/or Radio technologies.
- Understanding of networking principles, particularly fibre, with experience in contract management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for stakeholder engagement and report generation.
- Proven ability to manage projects, demonstrating a proactive approach, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Passion for delivering excellence in project execution and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
- Valid driving license and flexibility to work outside normal business hours and onsite when required.
