**Join Us as a Project Officer - HCEA Strategy Unit Allocations Team**
- Ready to make things happen? As Project Officer, you’ll be the central link that keeps strategy flowing—coordinating requests, supporting high-impact initiatives, and leading small projects that sharpen systems and strengthen collaboration. Your work will bring clarity, pace, and connection to everything we do.

**What you’ll do**

As part of the HCEA Strategy Unit Allocations team, you’ll play a key role in coordinating workflow and allocations, supporting executive priorities, and improving systems and processes that keep the unit running smoothly.

In this role, you will:

- Manage and triage incoming requests
- Support strategic and operational projects
- Coordinate stakeholder communications
- Deliver targeted project work
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency

You’ll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that values trust, equity, and shared responsibility. The work environment is inclusive, fast-paced, and purpose-driven—focused on improving outcomes for children and young people.

**What we’re looking for**
- We’re seeking proactive professionals passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.
- You’ll bring:

- Knowledge of child protection and Out-of-Home Care (OOHC)
- Strong organisation, time management, and writing skills
- Interest in writing for diverse audiences
- Familiarity with Miniapp and Trim (preferred)
- A collaborative mindset and a can-do attitude
