**The Opportunity**

As an Integrated Media Manager joining Medibank, you will work closely with the Integrated Media Lead and be pivotal in taking the media strategy and campaign planning at Medibank to the next level.

Working in collaboration with a high-performing team of marketing professionals, and our agency partners, you will develop new campaigns strategies to enhance brand positioning, provide key paid media insights and competitive analysis, and capitalise on market opportunities.

As a focused innovator, you will be delivering compelling integrated media strategy and plans, to deliver our brand and sales objectives across Private Health Insurance portfolios and our Diversified Portfolios.

**Your impact**:

- Responsible for integrated paid media campaign management, including execution of media schedules, reporting and optimisation
- Contribute to the campaign briefing process with the media agency to ensure consistency from brief to launch, ongoing optimisation and post-campaign analysis
- Manage day to day relationship with the media agency and above-the-line partners
- Responsible for working with agencies to ensure timely delivery of plans and executing these within agreed timeframes
- Manage channel mix budgeting in line with marketing objectives
- Support the Media Lead to develop media thought leadership

**What experience do I need?**

You have significant media experience in a similar role planning integrated media campaigns across multiple channels. Previous experience in an agency setting is highly regarded.

You are a natural relationship builder and thrive in cross-functional work environments that encourage collaboration and innovation.

You can draw clear insights from multiple data sources, present succinctly to stakeholders, and can make strategic recommendations linked to commercial outcomes.

You are a go-getter who isn’t afraid of change and works well in ambiguous environments.
