We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who can take ownership of all things social. Who is just as comfortable on the dancefloor in the detail, as they are stepping onto the balcony and looking at the bigger picture.

The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategic development, execution, optimisation and growth of health content marketing, direct response campaigns and member engagement team KPIs - across Organic and Paid.

They will drive Medibank’s social media strategy and have editorial control over social media content ensuring brand health and community management. They will also report on media risks and strategies across the business.

- Bring to life our Brand Strategy through Social Media
- Recognise and implement ongoing optimisations by monitoring performance across audiences and creatives.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Medibank’s overall business and marketing objectives
- Analyse web analytics and statistical reports to track progress and provide insights.
- Track and report social media campaigns, including assisting PIR development
- Where appropriate work with other members of the Marketing team on specific campaigns and play influential role in keeping them informed of new developments and initiatives in social media

**What can you bring?**

Passion for continuous improvement, are results driven and always looking for ways to improve what you are doing.

You are passionate about online marketing, social media publishing/ management and paid social campaigns. Experience in planning and buying within digital, using Facebook Business Manager and other paid platforms such as LinkedIn will see you succeed in this role.

A strong background in Content Marketing and different digital mediums is important for this role and you will need to have the ability to translate complex information into plain English.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders and KPIs is key.

Experience in using Google Analytics, Salesforce, Community Management tools i.e. HootSuite, Social Studio is desirable but not essential.
