What you'll do:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Retail Media Manager to join our team and grow the Retail Media Network across Wesfarmers Health. This newly created leadership position will report into the Head of Retail Media, a newly established function leading growth in retail media within Australia's most loved Pharmacy. You'll drive revenue growth by securing strategic retail media partnerships while mentoring a high-performing sales team and working with cross functional teams in marketing, merchandise and channel specialists.

This is a leadership role that blends strategic vision, sales expertise, and a passion for delivering results in the evolving retail media landscape. This role leads supplier engagement, drives strategic media partnerships, and manages a portfolio of supplier accounts to achieve commercial outcomes. It plays a key part in advancing the Retail Media proposition by leveraging data, media planning, and collaborating across teams to align media initiatives with category and supplier priorities. • Developing and implementing sales strategies to maximise retail media revenue across the group through prioritisation of omnichannel assets
• Build and manage total team pipeline focusing on long term growth partnerships through trade and brand unlocks
• Lead strategic and commercial discussions with senior stakeholders
• Develop growth strategies across existing and new channels
• Ensure sales propositions leverage sales and data insights to create compelling, data driven and objective led media solutions

What you'll bring:

• 5+ demonstrated experience in media sales, digital advertising, or commercial partnerships, ideally including leadership roles
• Proven track record in managing supplier relationships and achieving revenue targets
• Respond to briefs with innovative advertising solutions across online, in-store, and off-network formats
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Commercial acumen with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
• Proficient in CRM tools, pipeline management, and campaign measurement
• Effective communicator with excellent planning and prioritisation abilities
• Experienced in strategic sales planning and execution
• Skilled in financial forecasting and revenue reporting
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment through a growth transition
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Media, Business or related discipline preferred
