**The Opportunity**

**About the Role**:

- Create engaging content for our social media accounts and other online platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, XiaoHongShu, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Assisting our Property Managers and Sales Team in designing promotional material and writing advertisements with compelling descriptions.
- Photograph properties, and participate in video creation and editing.
- Devise marketing campaigns to increase brand exposure, outreach, and public awareness.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven work experience in marketing, social media promotion and content creation (preferred).
- Proficiency with computer programs (Microsoft Office) and editing tools (Photoshop, Canva etc.)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools (SEO, Google Analytics, social media platforms, etc.)
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and create compelling content.
- Ability to speak Chinese is preferred given our company’s customer base, and the need to create certain content in both English and Chinese.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Docklands, VIC 3008: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
