**Due to further expansion. We, Sure People Solutions are actively seeking experienced Fleet Controllers (Logistic Planners/Officers) to join our client's Bibra Lake branch.**

**Duties include, not limited to**:
- Daily transport planning, and scheduling.
- Compliance with driver safety
- Compliance (DG) Dangerous goods transportation
- In charge of driver compliance & accountability
- Monthly and weekly reports (Excel)
- BDM - building a relationship with the clients
- Strong communication skills (verbal, administrative)
- Understanding Metro
- road freight restrictions
- Effectively create and execute the metropolitan fleet pick-up and delivery schedules, planning loads in accordance with customers' needs
- Deliver reliable and consistent delivery in Full on Time performance
- Ensure drivers are aware of and comply with specific supplier requirements regarding freight & waste management
- Ability to create ownership and make it their own
- Allrounder happy to help out in every department
- Team leader, able to work in a team and independently
- Someone who uses their own initiative taking ownership of the position to ensure their department is working to the best of their ability and running sufficiently
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years in a similar role
- Police Clearance (preferred but not a must)
- MISC preferred
- Must have intimate knowledge of the Perth Metropolitan area and of Country locations.
- Experience in planning multi-drop and pick-up for a large fleet of trucks
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to change quickly
- Remain positive whilst working under pressure & constantly deliver results
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you'll be in daily liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to work through issues with moderate complexity
- Medium to advanced MS Office skills (Excel & Word)
- Most importantly you are a team player who works with all parties to ensure success
**Additional desired Experience**:
Those with experience in the following will be well received but are not a must
- Certification in Logistics Management, Project Management, and Fleet Control.
- Certifications in Chemistry (not a must)
- Previous Planning & Scheduling skills
- Controlled Waste Legislation
- Road weight Restraint
- Environmental & Industrial Solutions
