**The business**
We are a small Chartered Accounting firm based in the Sydney Inner West suburb of Five Dock. We specialise in tax, servicing a wide variety of clients. We are seeking an receptionist/office administrator to join our small team.
**The Role**:
You will be responsible for:
- Answering and diverting calls.
- Meeting & Greeting clients.
- Mail, banking, filing.
- Office diary management.
- Corresponding with the ATO and other regulatory bodies on behalf of clients and the practice.
- Invoicing.
- Lodgement of tax returns, BAS/IAS statements.
- Other general administrative duties and support.
**Necessary Skills & Experience;**
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Be comfortable working with new and existing technologies.
- Customer service experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft office - excel, outlook and word.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
**Prefered skills and Experience;**
- Experience in a professional services firm.
- Experience in a public tax practice.
- Experience with Accounting software.
