An Amazing opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking individual who would enjoy working in a vibrant growing physiotherapy practice in Five Dock located in Sydney’s Inner West. We are looking for the right person to join our Front of House / Receptionist team and undertake the following duties:

- Meeting and greeting of patients
- Cash handling, banking, and payment processing
- Booking appointments
- Manage accounts such as WorkCover and Medicare etc
- Must possess computer skills not limited to word, excel, spreadsheets etc.
- Join our rapidly growing business in an area with unlimited potential for new ideas and initiatives. We are an innovative practice that is dedicated 110% to helping our clients get better and more importantly, stay better.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional clear communication & articulate phone manner
- Must be able to multitask & take initiative
- Must be organised and possess the ability to keep others organised
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to embrace technology
- Must be willing to take the time to get to know patients and take a genuine interest in them
- Willing to work as part of a team helping other Front of House/ Receptionist and physios
- Light cleaning and laundry duties
- Reliable, punctual and accountable.
- Must be well groomed, professional and friendly
- Positive attitude
- Confidant
- Previous Front of House / Receptionist Position experience is preferred but not essential.
