**Front Desk Coordinator - Dental Practice (Part-Time)**

We are seeking an **experienced Treatment Coordinator** to join our dynamic dental team in Five Dock, NSW. This part-time role offers flexible hours, a competitive salary, and the opportunity to work in a supportive, professional environment.

**About the Role**:
As a key member of our team, you will oversee front desk operations and provide essential administrative support. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a professional and compassionate manner, and excellent communication skills. You should enjoy interacting with patients from all walks of life and have a keen eye for detail. The ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced setting is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients in a professional, friendly, and caring manner
- Educate patients about treatments and procedures
- Manage appointments and maintain patient records
- Assist with billing, insurance processing, and other administrative tasks
- Support front office operations and treatment coordination
- Perform various administrative duties as required

**To Be Considered, You Must Have**:

- At least 1 year of experience in a front desk or dental reception role
- **knowledge of D4W (Dentistry for Windows)** is highly regarded
- A desire to work long-term within our practice
- Strong communication skills and the ability to educate patients confidently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Team player with a flexible approach to tasks
- Confidence in interacting with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Availability to work Saturdays

**Job Type**:

- Part-time (with the potential for more hours)
- 8-hour shifts
