**Osteo & Health Inner West,** a leading provider of osteopathic care in the Inner West, is seeking a highly motivated and professional **casual receptionist** to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting patients, addressing inquiries, and scheduling appointments accurately and efficiently using our health practice software.
- Provide administrative support to our osteopaths by handling paperwork, processing payments, and maintaining patient records (as permitted by your role).
- Uphold a professional and organised reception area, fostering a welcoming environment for patients.
- Maintain a hygienic and inviting environment through restocking essential supplies, completing light cleaning tasks, and ensuring laundry is handled according to clinic protocols.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned, contributing to the smooth operations of the clinic.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role (preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) (preferred)
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
