**The Role**

The **Billing Officer **is a member of the Self Perform Finance Invoicing team working to support the wider business.

This role is based in **World Square, Sydney CBD**
- Reviewing service orders, purchase orders, reports, invoices, credit notes, documents and moving into different systems
- Working across various BGIS systems including Manhattan and Alliance
- Spotting corrections and ensuring changes are made in a timely manner
- Responding to client queries and submitting invoices/ service documents to them Generating invoices and documents as required

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience with administration/accounts
- Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels and maintain positive working relationships
- Strong attention to detail A positive 'can-do' attitude
