Are you a skilled Payroll Professional seeking a dynamic opportunity in the Mining Business Services Industry? Our client, a prominent player in the sector, is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join their friendly and collaborative team as a Full-Time Permanent Payroll Officer.

**Role Overview**:
As a key member of the payroll team, you will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. You will work closely with other payroll professionals to support the smooth operation of payroll processes and contribute to the overall success of the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies
- Calculate and process payroll deductions, adjustments, and reimbursements
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports as required
- Assist with payroll tax compliance and reporting
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements preferred
