This is not your traditional role. We're not just looking for someone who can maintain our existing systems. We need a beacon of leadership, a pioneer who will take our emergency management activities to new heights. You'll design, deploy, and refine emergency protocols, safeguarding staff, patients, and visitors in critical situations.

But it's not all about what you do - it's about how you do it. You're someone who fosters a culture of collaboration, who nurtures growth and learning in your team. You're a thought leader, keeping a finger on the pulse of global trends and bringing fresh, progressive ideas back to Western Health.

Here's what we're looking for:

- Relevant qualifications and experience in Emergency Management or Occupational Health and Safety.
- Proven track record in project management.
- Articulate communication and empathetic interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude for developing and presenting engaging OHS education and training sessions.
- Proficiency with computer software systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- An ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
- A strong desire for continuous professional development and a thirst for learning.

Extra points if you have experience in healthcare and/or custodial sectors, patient manual handling, or hold project management qualifications such as PMBok, Prince2, Agile PM.
