We are looking for someone with highly developed communication, networking and interpersonal skills as liaison with a range of people in all government departments, local government agencies, community groups and emergency services. Providing timely information to ensure all SEVR staff are well informed and supported to meet the operational needs of their work is integral to the role.

The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the development and continual improvement of high quality strategic operational and emergency management policy and procedures in relation to the SEVR's workforces. The role supports stakeholders through the provision of strategic and specialist advice on complex operational and emergency management issues and will have responsibility for policy development projects.
