**About the Role**

Whitesmile Dental Care is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Dental Receptionist Front Office Coordinator to join our thriving practice in Bulimba, QLD.

Our modern, new facility overlooks beautiful parkland and is conveniently located just off Bulimba's bustling Oxford Street.

In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in managing the smooth running of our reception area and providing exceptional patient service.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Welcoming patients and managing the reception area in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls, booking appointments, and managing the practice's schedule
- Handling patient inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Maintaining accurate patient records and confidential data in our practice management system
- Assisting with billing, invoicing, and other administrative tasks as required
- Collaborating with our great professional team of dentists and nurses to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Upholding the highest standards of customer service and practice procedures

**What We're Looking For**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a dental or medical receptionist role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using practice management software and other office technology
- A genuine interest in the dental industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care
- The ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Dental assisting: 1 year (required)
- Dental receptionist: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
