Are you an innovative individual and have a proactive approach to your everyday? An exciting opportunity has opened to join one of Place’s top performing agents as their Team Operations & Admin Manger and be the Lead Agents right hand person, where you will be one step ahead of your day-to-day tasks.
You will be responsible to manage / overlook the entire process from listed to settled, ensuring that all team members are actively completing their assigned tasks for a successful property campaign and a seamless experience for clients.

**What a day could look like**:

- Liaise with your Lead Agent frequently throughout the day keeping them updated ensuring they focus on listing and selling
- Coordinating all marketing books and materials as well as proofing materials with absolute accuracy
- Executive administrative functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing, and sales activity
- Database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar, and task management
- Self-managing of your day-to
- day tasks
- Vendor reports and communications

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a high functioning Real Estate administration role or high performing industry (3-4 years + experience)
- A solution focused approach with the drive to execute independently
- Faultless attention to detail
- Exemplary time management and organisation skills
- Superb communication skills
