**What this job involves**:
We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Associate to join our Work Dynamics business (project & development services, integrated facilities management, workplace strategy and many other teams). You will support the roll-out of marketing initiatives to enable strategic growth opportunities across Australia and New Zealand.
**A snapshot of the role**:
Assist in executing marketing and communications plans for Work Dynamics teams
Support the rollout of marketing campaign tactics including digital marketing, events and content creation
Help develop and distribute client communications
Help coordinate events and identify sponsorship opportunities
Ensure brand compliance in all marketing materials
Be the Melbourne ‘on the ground’ videographer and photographer for the Marketing & Communications team
**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
You’ll be a self-starter and a natural go-getter with impeccable attention to detail, holding a flair for writing where you can convey a message clearly and concisely.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
Ideally 1-3 years’ experience in a marketing, communications or similar role
Videography and photography skills
An understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content management systems
Excellent organisational and time management skills
