**About the role**:
With flexible work arrangements and offices in Murarrie, Toowoomba, and Chinchilla you will be reporting to our Senior HR Coordinator, this role will support the management of our employee’s full-cycle onboarding process to ensure they feel welcome and are a part of the Harness family as they begin their employment journey with us.

Amongst other things, you will have sound computer skills, previous experience in Administration or Recruitment Coordination duties i.e., onboarding new employees; conducting reference checks, data entry, scheduling training, training matrix management etc. and an engaging personality to effectively interact with our diversified workforce.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Must have Administration experience with a focus on high attention to detail.
- Working ability in Microsoft Office suite packages and CRM systems.
- Accurate and timely data entry
- Exposure to recruitment or training software would be advantageous.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Confidence and the ability to engage with employees and manage conversations.
- Exposure to a corporate environment with a sound understanding of policies, procedures, and safety-first culture.
