Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management at both Station and Head Office levels to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.-
- Support employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.- Maintain current and implement new recruitment policies/procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvements and streamlining of recruitment activities.- Assist in employee training, development, and retention initiatives as required.

About you:
- Proven experience working in a Recruitment or similar HR role.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.- Knowledge of the logistics or transport industry is advantageous- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Why Join Dragonfly Shipping:
