As a
**Customer Service Officer** based in our
**Canberra **office, you will
**attend to all customer queries, open accounts for new customers, process LPG Orders, customer payments, and deliveries and input manual sales docket**s. You will also ensure that all orders are passed on to transport for timely delivery and that all administration functions are carried out efficiently.

**Other responsibilities you will have include**:

- Liaison with all stakeholders from agents & distributors to customers & contractors
- Assist other functions by monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activity
- Perform Administrative tasks such as updating records, stock reconciliation and price adjustments
- Adjust scheduling for drivers when required
- Comply with Company Policy and Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

**It is expected you will have experience and skills including**:

- Previous customer service, call handling and administrative/clerical experience
- High level of verbal and written communication
- Able to liaise and consult with internal and external clients and staff with a focus on customer service
- Able to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines
- Sound computing skills, particularly accurate data entry
- Demonstrated initiative and organizational skills, and flexibility to work in a team environment and also independently
