**About the Role - D365 Functional Consultant**
We are seeking an D365 CE Functional Consultant. The CE Functional Consultant role is responsible for the solution design and configuration of D365 CE enhancements to meet the requirements of business stakeholders. The CE Functional Consultant will build relationships with Key Business Stakeholders throughout the organization to facilitate the prioritization and delivery of the Continuous Improvement Stream of work. A key purpose of the role is to keep up to date with the latest enhancements from Microsoft in relation to D365 in order to better leverage these new capabilities to support innovation at Care Connect.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders and other ICT team members to ensure FOCUS (D365 CE and D365 F&O) is stable and fully supporting the business operational requirements.
In this role you: (minimum 4 need to be listed)
**Continuous Improvement**
- Foster innovation across the organization, driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Facilitate design and discovery sessions to identify requirements and propose effective D365 solutions.
- Coordinate Business prioritization sessions with Operational Units within the business to assist them in prioritizing and refining their Continuous Improvement backlog
- Keep up to date with the latest Microsoft CE Features and Enhancement and provide recommendations on how best to leverage them.
- Analyse the impact of any FOCUS enhancement and ensure business stakeholders are informed when making design decisions
- Develop business and technical documentation relevant to any development or enhancement
- Participate in regular FOCUS Deployments to ensure successful out of hours releases
**Support**
- Responding to internal and external user/support questions and queries regarding FOCUS
- Investigating, then resolving or escalating, issues relating to FOCUS
- Backup Support for other Focus team members when they are on leave
- Support of other Care Connect ICT Applications as required
- Ensuring all SLA targets are met for assigned support work.
**Projects**
- Provide D365 Functional Expertise to Projects when required
- Participate in solution design in conjunction with internal and external teas

**About You**

**Qualifications **required for the role:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Information Technology
- Relevant Microsoft certifications
- At least five years' experience as a D365 CE Functional Consultant or similar role, with a strong understanding of D365 operations.
- Experience in Aged Care or Health Care desirable
- Experience with Azure Dev ops desirable
