MBM is a national independent Australian owned property consultancy specialising in Quantity Surveying, Building Consultancy, Tax & Asset Services, PPP Advisory, Infrastructure, Facilities Management Advisory and Expert Witness Matters.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors to join our Brisbane team. The successful applicants will assist in the delivery of services within an established team, with supervision from Management.

The successful applicants will possess a minimum of 2-4 or 4-6 years’ local experience in a Quantity Surveying role and have the ability to use Cost X. You will be a team player, have effective organisational and communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Minimum of 2-4 or 4-6 years' experience working in Australia as a client side QS
- Graduate of an accredited Quantity Surveyor degree course
- Previous experience working for a client-side Quantity Surveying Consultancy, providing the full range of project experience and the duties performed for all major projects
- Experience in using CostX and Excel
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- Client facing skills
