Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Brisbane, QLD, for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will oversee various tasks including cost control, cost planning, cost management, cost reporting, and preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ). The role involves close collaboration with other team members to ensure project efficiency, accuracy in expenditure forecasting, and successful delivery of all cost-related tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Cost Control and Cost Planning
  • Experience in Cost Management and Cost Reporting
  • Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Brisbane, QLD
  • Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or related fields
  • Professional membership (or eligibility) with relevant industry bodies is a plus
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
