As a Quantity Surveyor at Diona, you will provide support across multiple projects alongside a strong and passionate team. Reporting to the Program Commercial & Controls Manager you will focus on contract and commercial management providing advice, guidance and training to the project teams on contractual entitlement and risk.

You will also play a key role in supporting the end-to-end contract administration process including claims, variations and reporting whilst tracking project costs.

Diona is engaged to provide design and construction services for Urban Utilities water infrastructure including trunk and reticulation water mains, reservoirs and facilities. Diona is the sole delivery partner in the northern region including Lockyer Valley, Somerset Council and Brisbane CBD.

- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor working on civil construction projects preferably within utilities infrastructure.
- Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent
- Sound working knowledge of project management principles and project controls methodologies
- Understanding of legislation, regulations and standards relevant to the construction civil infrastructure.
- Ability to communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
