**Your Impact**

This role will be responsible for the review and optimisation of services performed by the Business Services team, as well as overseeing the successful transition of services from functional teams within Asahi to the central Business Services team. You will work closely with the Business Process Owner to support and implement changes to processes and governance across multiple functions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop visual/graphical representations of Asahi Business Services processes to facilitate common understanding and enable decision making.
- Assess the feasibility of business process changes and recommend new approaches.
- Gather review and analyse data and existing process to define new processes.
- Liaise between various stakeholders to align process requirements
- Deliver process improvements/optimisation initiatives
- Conduct a detailed assessment of activities earmarked for transition to Business Services
- Develop a comprehensive transition plan, incorporating all necessary stages and milestones as directed

**About You**

Looking for an individual that is excited about a role where they are working with multiple areas of the business. An ability to determine requirements considering potential flow-on effects & mitigate associated risks.
- Strong project management or business analyst experience
- Experience in Process Mapping, Signavio Preferred
- Experience in managing training projects
- Experience in SAP implementations preferred
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Ability to develop clear and concise documentation.
