**The Opportunity**:
ElectraNet is seeking a highly experienced and meticulous Assurance Advisor to join our Risk, Governance & Assurance team. Reporting to the Lead Risk, Governance & Assurance, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and leading ElectraNet’s audit and assurance program. This includes developing, implementing, and leading the Integrated Assurance Schedule (IAS) to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and accreditation requirements, while also identifying and addressing the business’ evolving assurance needs.

Additionally, in this role you will be responsible for:

- Designing, developing, and implementing an effective assurance program
- Managing the relationship with Internal Audit and overseeing internal audits
- Integrating audits with accreditation requirements (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
- Providing expert advice and coaching on compliance and improvement techniques
- Monitoring and reporting on audit and non-conformance activities

**About You**:

- Extensive experience in an auditing/assurance role
- Extensive experience managing quality management systems, compliance systems, and associated audit programs
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14000 series standards and experience integrating an auditing function
- Strong analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills, including Root Cause Analysis
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience
- Lead Auditor certification (essential)
