**About the role**

+ Work to develop and implement Sales Strategy assigned to your client and partners to identify and sell unique digital sponsorship & advertising solutions

+ Develop relationships with agencies and advertisers that ensure the business is effectively positioned in market against competition

+ Deliver brand strategies aligned to digital assets

+ Approach new markets to explore and attain opportunities that grow revenue on Foxtel Groups platforms

+ Drive digital growth YoY whilst maintaining Linear revenue Ensure booking schedules are accurate and oversee campaign delivery and post-analysis

+ Build and implement individual team members development plans and track progress

**Skills and Experiences We’re Looking For**

+ Recent experience working within a Sales team in the media industry (agency, marketing, or sales - preferred)

+ Ideally Digital Sales experience

+ Proven history of excelling in a high-performance sales culture

+ Proactively recommend strategies and opportunities to Senior Leadership that shape direction of the business

+ People management (both individual and team)

+ Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships both externally and internally

+ Media advertising briefs generation experience
