**About the role**
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Learning and Development Coordinator will work closely with the Management Committee to identify professional development and training needs, design effective programs, and ensure their successful delivery. The Learning and Development Coordinator will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of both professional development and training programs to support the development of SRA’s people.

Key responsibilities will include:
**Professional Development and Training Frameworks** - design and delivery.

**Training needs analysis** - conducting comprehensive assessments to identify skills gaps.

**Competency mapping** - define and map competencies critical to organisational success.

**Compliance Management** - stay up to date with best practice and regulations.

**Evaluation and continuous improvement** - Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of learning initiatives on cultural transformation.

**Reporting** - Produce comprehensive reports for Management and Board Committees as needed.
