Workforce Planner

We are looking to engage a skilled and enthusiastic **Workforce Planner **to join our Federal Government client
Our client is seeking to engage a suitably experienced Workforce Planner. The Workforce Planner must be able to receive general instruction from executive staff and collaborate across a broad range of stakeholders to ensure project scope, plan and deliverables are within the agreed time, budget and quality parameters.
This is your chance to make a difference for our Federal Government client in this **12 month contract **with **an additional 12 months of** **extensions **offered.
**Australian Citizens with the ability to obtain a Baseline security clearance **will be considered for this role.
**The experience and skills for this role are**:
- Experience using contemporary workforce planning practices to develop and implement complex workforce plans for large organisations;
- Experience using tools such as PowerBI for workforce reporting;
- High quality verbal and written communications skills.
- Experience in the Defence or other Commonwealth Government department workforce planning and reporting;
- Experience working within a formally structured program and project management environment; and
- Experience in the use of data visualisation tools such as Power BI or similar commercially available tools.
