We are looking for an experienced Workforce Planner for our Defence client in Canberra locations.

You will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, analytics, or strategic HR in complex environments.
  • Familiarity with Defence workforce structures, systems, and planning frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills with the ability to synthesise data into actionable workforce insights
  • Experience supporting or preparing for large-scale workforce transformation or capability reviews.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams and engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
