You will be known for your communication and organisational capabilities, have approximately two to three years experience in talent acquisition, and will be proficient in the use of sourcing strategies to attract and engage potential applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and works closely with leaders across the College.

**Tenure**:
Full-time, Ongoing - working on-site 5 days a week.

**Objectives of this role**
- Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals
- Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment initiatives to attract top talent
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Solid understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools
