RECRUITMENT ADVISOR | SUPPORT CENTRE | KEW, MELBOURNE

Reporting to the Group Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment of a portfolio of vacancies for our Hanesbrands Melbourne & Sydney Support Offices, including Bonds, Champion, Bras N Things and Sheridan.Some key business functions you will support recruitment with will include Customer Service, Design, Retail Operations, Merch Planning and our Wholesale division.
**As a Recruitment Advisor you will**:
- Facilitate the end to end recruitment process for a portfolio of support office roles in the Hanes network; with the goal of attracting talent that meets the needs of the business in partnership with hiring managers
- Ensure to deliver best practice sourcing strategies, selection methods and relationship building with our Hiring Managers
- Have a continuous improvement mindset to help build on efficiencies
- Provide advice and support on recruitment related projects and reporting
- Coach and train hiring mangers on recruitment best practice via learning workshops
- Provide general administrative assistance to the Group Talent Acquisition Manager & wider People and Culture team as required
What experience do I have?
- 1-2 + years' experience in Recruitment, ideally within an in-house recruitment model
- Strategic and commercial approach to sourcing talent
- Experience successfully utilizing recruitment sourcing tools such as Seek Talent Search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Passion and enthusiasm for the world of recruitment as well as a love for our portfolio of amazing retail brands
- Demonstrated multi-tasking capabilities and excellent organisational skills
- Experience using Recruitment ATS systems and confident with Microsoft Office Suite
