We are looking for an Accounting Graduate or soon to be Graduate looking to kick start their career with our growing and supportive firm. If you are in your final year of your degree, we will consider bringing on the successful person as a part-time intern prior to starting a Graduate role in 2026.

At Baumgartners, you won't be pigeonholed into one specialist area. We are a good size to provide you with exposure across all areas from day one whilst working with a talented and supportive team of professionals on a range of incredible clients including businesses, multi-nationals, and high net worth individuals.

The role will include:

-Working with senior team members and managers on a variety of client matters from day one

-Exposure to a range of business services including tax compliance, accounting compliance and advisory  

-Preparation and review of income tax returns and financial accounts

-Collation and analysis of client financial information

We are looking for someone with:

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-The ability to liaise with clients, colleagues and stakeholders at all levels

-Demonstrated ability to multi-task, be a team player, prioritise work and collaborate effectively with others

-A bachelor degree in business or accounting (either final year or just completed)

-A desire to undertake post-graduate studies e.g. CA, CPA, CTA etc.
