Change Manager

We are creating a comprehensive ESG reporting function which is flexible and scalable to new regulatory requirements. The change manager will design and help execute consistent and relevant communication materials.

**What impact will you have?**

As a Change Manager on the ESG project within the Financial Management Group of Macquarie, you will lead the communications plan on a project to transform the way Macquarie captures and reports on its ESG metrics.

Regulatory requirements for ESG are being developed globally and will continue to evolve over the next few years. You will be joining project at the initiation phase, with both short-term and long-term milestones with an initial focus on developing a comprehensive stakeholder engagement plan. Regular and collaborative interaction with stakeholders across Macquarie will be key and critical in achieving delivery success. You will produce high quality project communications, business documents and manage stakeholder engagement risks and issues.

You will be accountable for the project change strategy, including:

- Developing a single view of change, comms and engagement and communicating with our stakeholders in a streamlined, cohesive way that is meaningful and within context for each stakeholder group.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Macquarie and internally within FMG
- Execute impact assessments for specific areas, considering people, process and system impacts, and develop appropriate strategies to address the impact.
- Identifying, planning and supporting the execution of engagement, communication and business readiness activities required to achieve successful delivery and embedment of the change.
- Identifying capability uplift requirements and ensuring they are planned and executed in collaboration with our learning teams.
- Support training efforts by developing engaging training and user support materials e.g. Quick reference guides, FAQs and more

**What skills will you use?**

With outstanding verbal and written communication skills, you will work with a variety of internal global stakeholders to plan and communicate consistent relevant messages.

Prior experience in Finance Services, Technology and transformations will be highly regarded, as will any exposure to ESG reporting.

You will have demonstrated experience in:

- helping teams successfully embed cultural, technology and process changes
- communication planning and execution experience, with experience delivering communications innovatively and effectively
- Strong stakeholder analysis and mapping abilities, with a good track record with building stakeholder relationships
- ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and communicate them simply to impacted stakeholders
- motivation and organisation to effectively manage competing priorities
- experience in the delivery of the complete project life cycle (from initiation, planning through to implementation and closure) as a business-focused change manager
