The Head of Sales will lead Triskele Labs' national sales function, overseeing Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Account Managers (AMs). This is a hands-on leadership role focused on daily performance, pipeline health, and deal progression. You will work closely with the CEO, who currently acts as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), and will report regularly on sales performance, pipeline trends, and forecasting accuracy.
The role will collaborate with the Head of Marketing, Head of SDR, and Head of Revenue Operations to continue building a high-performing, data-driven, and AI-powered sales organisation.

A major part of the role is to drive the adoption of automation, AI, and large language models (LLMs) across the sales process. We are just beginning to tap into these capabilities, and you will lead the charge in embedding them into how we prospect, qualify, forecast, and close. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDMs and AMs to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
- Get hands-on with the team each day, reviewing deals, running one-on-one sessions, and driving activity and accountability.
- Celebrate the wins, encourage the team, and bring energy and motivation to everything you do.
- Build a high-performance culture that balances discipline with fun, teamwork, and creativity.
- Train and inspire the team to embrace AI, LLMs, and automation as tools to sell smarter and faster.
- Establish clear processes, improve efficiency, and ensure everyone knows what success looks like.
Sales Performance and Execution
- Own the delivery of quarterly and annual revenue targets across all service lines.
- Monitor activity levels, pipeline coverage, and conversion rates to ensure consistent performance.
- Support the team in developing deal strategies, writing proposals, and closing opportunities.
- Coordinate and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review performance, identify opportunities, and align on next steps.
- Implement AI, automation, and data-driven tools to improve prospecting, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Build and refine scalable systems and processes that make selling simpler, faster, and more predictable.
- Partner with RevOps to ensure CRM accuracy, reporting consistency, and actionable insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work daily with the CEO/CRO to align on targets, priorities, and deal progression.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to turn campaigns and leads into tangible pipeline growth.
- Partner with the Head of SDR to ensure outbound activity aligns with sales goals and territory plans.
- Work closely with RevOps to streamline reporting, process automation, and enablement through AI and data.
Strategic Contribution
- Contribute to the development of Triskele Labs' go-to-market strategy and sales maturity.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and capability development for the growing sales team.
- Help prepare the organisation for the transition to a dedicated CRO in FY27.
- Participate in planning sessions to define goals, KPIs, and incentive models that reward performance and effort.
- Proven experience leading and motivating B2B sales teams in cybersecurity, technology, or professional services.
- A hands-on leader who thrives on getting things done, not just talking about it.
- Strong understanding of sales methodology, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Passionate about using AI, LLMs, and automation to make the sales engine more effective.
