**OUR CLIENT**

Our client are a leading rail engineering, construction and maintenance specialist. They have been involved in some of the worlds biggest rail projects, and their headquarters are based in Europe.

This role is to work within the finance team of the **Mayfield West, Newcastle** location. The hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, in an ongoing capacity with a view for this role to become permanent.

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABLITIES**
- Maintain Debtor and Credit Ledgers
- Process supplier invoices
- Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on invoices
- Maintain process to continually improve aged debtors
- Accurate record and maintenance of transactions

**REQUIREMENTS**
- AR and AP experience
- Bank reconciliation experience
- Experience using** PRONTO and MS OFFICE**:

- Ability to verify information for accuracy and relevance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
