**The Role**:
This AR Officer role supports the wider finance team and directly liaises with the students & parents:
- Quarterly billing for all students - 700 accounts
- Billing for extracurricular activities and events
- Registering new accounts
- Receipting for fees, govt funding, allocations and donations
- Assisting with BAS
- Journals
- Month-end reconciliations
- Assist with the implementation of the new system
**Your Background**:
We are looking for experienced AR clerks who are keen to progress to an Assistant Accountant.
You will have at least 3-4 years of full management of an AR function for a business including invoicing, receipting, credit control and reconciliations. Ideally for a high volume number of clients.
A relevant tertiary degree is essential.
