**Accounts Assistant - Professional Services - CBD**

**Company Background**

Our client has a great reputation for providing services to organisations in the medical/healthcare sector. There is continual demand for their services and this has meant the need to add a finance person to the team to support the increase in transactions.

They have lovely modern offices in the CBD. The team knows how to celebrate success and everyone is involved This is lunches, social occasions, and sometimes even trips away

Due to the highly collaborative nature of your role. They do have everyone onsite, five days a week in the city.

**The Role**

This role has been created to work with the Finance Manager. Tasks will include:

- AR - invoicing, allocations, and credit control
- AP - overheads and expense payments
- Timesheet management and coordination - assisting with payroll
- Bank reconciliations
- There is the opportunity to take on more tasks as you learn the fundamentals of the position

**Your Background**
- A relevant degree
- AP and AR experience - at least 3 years of accounting experience in total
- Reconciliation experience
- Great communication skills
- A valid visa to work full-time and permanently in Australia
