**About the role**

As an Aquatics Program Officer, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality Learn to Swim (LTS) programs to our community. You will be responsible for planning and supervising aquatic lessons, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all participants. Your leadership skills will shine as you motivate and guide a team of instructors on deck, ensuring that each session runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Remuneration**

$35,761.14 to $40,508.29 based on 20 hours per week + 11.5% Superannuation

**Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications**

1. Austswim instructors Certificate or equivalent.
2. Current Resuscitation Certificate.
3. Experience in instructing all levels/age groups of Learn to Swim (LTS).
4. Experience in the supervision of LTS programs on deck.
