**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Legal Officer with bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese. This role is crucial for managing legal affairs within the family office, ensuring effective communication and coordination of legal resources.

Key Responsibilities
- **Legal Case Management**: Take charge of executing any legal cases for the family office.
- **Communication**: Serve as a bridge for bilingual communications, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
- **Scheduling and Briefing**: Manage schedules, compile briefs, and consistently provide updates on case developments.
- **Translation and Review**: Translate and review essential legal documents and correspondences.
- **Confidentiality and Integrity**: Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of professional integrity.
- **Responsiveness**: Exhibit responsiveness to all forms of communication to expedite case proceedings.

Initial Assignment
- **Direct Charge**: Upon recruitment, you will be directly in charge of handling a strata case for the family office.

**Requirements**:

- **Language Skills**: Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese, capable of professional-grade communication.
- **Legal Qualification**:You should have all the necessary licence & qualifications to practice law.
- **Organizational Skills**: Proficient in organizing, with an aptitude for multitasking.
- **Attention to Detail**: Acute attention to detail with the ability to meet stringent deadlines.
- **Independence**: Independent worker with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Fixed term, Casual, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $200.00 - $400.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
