**In this Associate Director, GEC Vic (Government, Education and Community) role, you will**
- Relationship manage and develop a portfolio of high value education sector customers towards achieving service, sales income/fee generation, risk and growth targets by satisfying the complex needs of customers in relation to highly tailored and personalised products and services
- Achieve business objectives relating to the sale and promotion of highly tailored and personalised complex financial products/ services;
- Develop and maintain understanding of external market, customer dynamics and competition and foster highly personalised relationships;
- Form in depth knowledge of customer needs, ensure service provision is according to the Banks model portfolios;
- Relationship manage a portfolio of very high value customers, drawing on the services of specialists to add value where necessary.

**What you’ll bring**
- Experience in having meaningful customer interactions with account planning.
- An emphasis on customer advocacy - understanding customer needs deeply while helping them to anticipate opportunities and challenges.
- Owning and following up customer complaints until they are resolved
- Understanding new changes early to ensure NAB is delivering simple, fast and resilient experiences for customers as soon as possible.
- Working with speed, accuracy and respect to deliver the best outcomes for our customers
- Experience in looking for and suggesting ways to be simpler and faster and balance risk making decisions with confidence.
- Knowledge of onboarding our customers into the right segment and geography so they are best supported;
