The primary purpose in this role is being responsible for the end to end Operational Support process for all funds ensuring work allocations are completed, checking and Quality Assurance, assigning day to day tasks, processing, monitoring and investigative tasks. It is the responsibility of the Operational Support Team to support the BAU teams in any “change” activity that either needs to be implemented or the BAU teams want implemented. Central is the ability to have an in-depth understanding and appreciation of the tasks undertaken, and ability to execute allocated tasks within tight timeframes with a high level of accuracy.

The person in this role ensures that the Operational Support Team delivers against all key operational Service Level Agreements. This includes end
- to-end responsibility for delivering and reporting against operational SLAs and KPI’s, supporting all incident and escalation management and associated reporting together with supporting the business change projects.

Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
- Team Management and Leadership- Accurate and timely completion of fee and commission processing (when required as a backup)- Completion of UAT as required- Data analysis and reporting as required- Supporting of any and all process improvements activities- Workflow - ensure processing and QA queues are within SLA- Complex task escalation point
